* PRODUCT OVERVIEW *

The CAM-BU13 is an IP65 rated internal or external use, high resolution, IR day/night bullet style camera. This camera is fitted with a high quality 1/3" Sony Super HAD II™ colour video camera CCD, and has a horizontal resolution of 540TVL's which produces an excellent quality image.

As well as being a weatherproof camera, the CAM-BU13 has a fully, cable managed bracket and a fully adjustable sun shield. This camera also has the added benefit of allowing the installer to switch on/off the BLC (back light compensation), EE (electronic exposure), AGC (auto gain control) and AWB (auto white balance). This allows the installer to adjust the image settings, which can be very useful when cameras are being installed in unfriendly light conditions. These switches can be found behind a waterproof screw on plate at the rear of the camera. This allows easy access for the installer, without loosing any of the cameras protective qualities.

The CAM-BU13 is also fitted with 54 infra red LED's and a photocell, so as when the surrounding light levels drop below 0.5 lux the camera will automatically turn on its built in IR LED's and switch from its standard colour images to black & white. This allows the camera to continue to work in complete darkness, up to a maximum of 50M. Unlike some IR cameras the CAM-BU13 is fitted with a dual glass, hoop/ring design which prevents any bleed from the LED's affecting the cameras view.

This CAM-BU13 is also fitted with a manual varifocal 6.0 - 15.0mm lens, which allows you to adjust the lens to obtain the perfect image. Like the image setting switches, the adjustment screws for this camera can be found behind the rear screw on plate. This, unlike some cameras, means that the adjustment screws are not open to the elements, and will therefore not rust over a harsh British winter. A free of charge lens adjustment tool is supplied with every CAM-BU13

As with all "E DIS" cameras the CAM-BU13 requires a 12vDC power supply, and is supplied with a free of charge 2 core DC power connector.
